The case is addressing the challenges facing Miso company working in the field of abrasives, with a specialization in marble, granite and ceramic industries. Mostafa the protagonist of the case is retrospectively thinking about how the company started with the efforts of his father Mohamed in bringing the company to life. The company is facing many challenges, and is also surrounded by many opportunities; accordingly, Mostafa is displaying the current situation; in order to arrive to suitable plans for the future.
